Off the Grid Festival, 2017

Black Stump Technologies keeps the beer cool.

Dance meets activism at Off the Grid 2017, an all-day party where the environment is on the agenda. Featuring an eclectic mix of local and international DJs, musicians and performance artists alongside speakers and environmentalists, this “solar-powered celebration” promises some 14 hours of eating, drinking, dancing and discussion.

Black Stump Technologies provided their 20ft Solar Chiller for the event.  Food and Beverages were kept cool inside the mobile unit for the festival.  BDM Martin Oakley said “it was great to be involved with Off the Grid festival on all fronts, but the most rewarding part was definitely enjoying a solar chilled beer at the end of the hectic site preparation. Cheers.”
